Goair - baggage mishandling I traveled from bangalore to hyderabad on 31st dec 2019 from goair flight 7:05am, my bag was perfectly fine before i checked it in at bangalore airport and when i got my bag back at the belt on hyderabad airport, it was completely damaged. It seems like someone threw it with huge force multiple time, it is completely damanged. It was not more than 1 year old skybag trolley, so couldn't be easily broken but it's completely gone now. Flight was canceled and the refund hasn't been initiated. Please let me know by when the amount will be refunded. Flight details are G8-176 FROM pune to Delhi at 1:15 am. Had to wait for 8 hours in the airport as G8-174 For 11:00am was cancelled and the staff was least helpful.

We took a flight from Bangalore to Cochin on 23rd Dec. Our baggage with all our clothes went missing. Airport authorities were so irresponsible. They asked us to come next day to collect the bags. But the bags did not reach us even the next day. Such pathetic service. How do we get the bags back
