GoAir — Cancellation of flight and request to reschedule my flight (PNR: SE2D5H) from 24th December to 27th December 2020 | |||
It is really disappointing with the service of GoAir and flight Cancellations immediately the day before the departure. I had booked my flight from Bangalore to Portblair (bearing PNR: HDH9NX) on 19th December 2020 and from Partblair to Bangalore (bearing PNR: SE2D5H) on 24th December 2020. According to my flight booking, I had already booked my resort at a cost of more than Rs 30, 000. As per your mail and communication with customer care, the flights on 19th Dec and 24th Dec are cancelled and rescheduled. It is really made us hectic and inconvenient with the cancellation of flight and intimating that too on 17th December. On communication with customer care, I rescheduled my 19th December 2020 flight to 21st December 2020 connecting flight via Mumbai. Whereas my return flight on 24th December flight from Portblair to Bangalore has not changed. I wanted my return flight to reschedule on 27th December connecting flight via Kolkata but where the customer care response made unsatisfactory and reschedule date also not changed. Kindly check and reach back as soon as possible and resolve my rescheduling flight to 27th December. Was this information helpful? | |||
