GoAir — cancellation of flight ticket | |||
Goair has not informed me in advance regarding flight cancellation. Because of which i have to book another flight and it costed me very high rate. When i had call with them, they told that they informed me. But i did not got any sms or mail on my mail id and they dropped the call. As it was important for me to travel back hyderabad, i need to book ticket in another flight. Which caused me extra amount which is 12458/- inr. As because of goair, we faced a lot many problem and need to wait for another flight for 6+ hours. And instead of 2 hours flight journey, it became 14 hours for me to reach. For these trouble i caused, i need compensation of 1, 00, 000 inr. I need my cost of flight which i booked to travel on same day. But they are not responding so i want to go legally against them. 1st even if they have informed me via sms and e-mail, they should do call conversation and do necessary and provide me alternate flight. They have there staff and customer executive. 2nd if they have cancelled flight, they have to process refund, so at least i will get message from my bank regarding refund.
