Dear sir/ ma'am, I had mistakenly booked a flight from jaipur to ahmedabad for date 24 nov-2017 for 3 persons as a refundable ticket with pnr z1gbyb and now the cancellation/resheduling charges are more than the ticket amount hence no amount is refundable. If customer is not getting any refund then why is this ticket is in refundable category! I want to reschedule my ticket and also i am not getting any response from your customer care no. GoAir customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Oct 28, 2017 Updated by Shaunak Talati It is not resolved .. kindly give me my refund amount for ticket cancellation or else you should havent mention it as the refundable ticket. The company is making fool to the customer by giving a tag of refundable ticket. The cancellation charges that are taken on ticket is more than the actual ticket fare. and then too telling it as a refundable ticket. Help me resolve this problem..
