[Resolved] GoAir — Cancelled flight, customer service unresponsive
I received an email from GoAir 4 days ago stating my flight was cancelled. I have been trying to contact their customer service to either get a refund or to reschedule my flight, but not a single call was answered.
They claim that rescheduling can be done through their website, but I don't see any available flights for the next two weeks.
I raised complaints through Twitter, to which they responded that they would get their team to call back. It's been two days, and I still haven't heard from them.
It's quite frustrating to see them put in zero effort in helping their customers out with problems they created.

They returned my call and I received a complete refund.
