GoAir — cancelled flight refund

Reference : service request no. G[protected]
Domestic flight booking has cancelled from airline, travel date has been auto updated to flying date in september without any prior approval and intimation..
I wrote couple of mails but getting no response from "admin goair" mailbox.

Please provide a complete refund for the ticket instead of future travel date.

Due to COVID my flight got canceled from GoAir side.. but still not getting any refund or updates after so many try..also not able to connect.. really disappointed ☹️
