Cancelled the ticket where they just sent a mail and sms, no verbal information provided. I booked direct flight for 1sept morning 7 and they rescheduled for 2nd sept afternoon 4 via mumbai and hault is for 3 hours
My hotel booking got cancelled cab booking got cancelled and i had to pay all these from my pocket which i l not.
I want compensation for all this orelse i l raise complaint. This is not happening. Don't cheat people this way. Your executives only know to say sorry but at the end we have to suffer. 2 hrs journey will not take 12 hrs. I want compensation or stict action will b taken regarding this.
