Hello,

One of your executive had cancelled my ticket on the name of Deepika Rathod PNR: K8942G & asked me to full refund but i do not want refund i want that same ticket to be booked again at the old cost as its not my fault & your executive should have given me proper resolution. Attaching cancellation sms which i had got.

Updated by ajaybhatt007 Called on[protected] but after listening to my complain the executive is not talking at all. They are saying they have send my cancellation request & i should receive my full refund back in 7 days. But i want that same ticket to be booked again.

Updated by ajaybhatt007 Now executive is say if I had called on customer care number then my call would have been recorded. Really don't understand why then they flash different number ie [protected], also I had tried calling customer care number multiple times but no answer that is why I had to search for other options. Really frustrated as I have to followup for everything

Updated by ajaybhatt007 Still my issue has not been resolved yet no reply from [protected]@goair.in / [protected]@goair.in just acknowledgment mails that is it.

I want this issue to be resolved as soon as possible along with compensation.
