GoAir — cancelled ticket by goair executive

Hello,

One of your executive had cancelled my ticket on the name of Deepika Rathod PNR: K8942G & asked me to full refund but i do not want refund i want that same ticket to be booked again at the old cost as its not my fault & your executive should have given me proper resolution. Attaching cancellation sms which i had got.

Called on[protected] but after listening to my complain the executive is not talking at all. They are saying they have send my cancellation request & i should receive my full refund back in 7 days. But i want that same ticket to be booked again.

Go air executive had told me that today Monday 10th june 2019 by 1st half. But no update.

Now executive is say if I had called on customer care number then my call would have been recorded. Really don't understand why then they flash different number ie [protected], also I had tried calling customer care number multiple times but no answer that is why I had to search for other options. Really frustrated as I have to followup for everything

Hello no update regarding my issue. Now I want compilation as I am following up with go air executives since weeks now but just fake commitments nothing else.

Still my issue has not been resolved yet no reply from [protected]@goair.in / [protected]@goair.in just acknowledgment mails that is it.

I want this issue to be resolved as soon as possible along with compensation.
