GoAir — check in bag damaged | |||||
While travelling from goair g8-335 from srinagar to new delhi, i got my checked in bag in such damaged condition that it can't be used again. And they are refusing to pay any kind of compensation for the damages by terming the cause of damage as normal wear and tear. Whatever the cause may be it caused me lot of inconvenience as i had to go from delhi to jaipur by train with the same bag. And they dont take any responsibility for any damages and inconvenience to the customer. Was this information helpful? | |||||
