GoAir — checkin process at goa airport and misbehaviour by on duty staff at go air office at goa | |
Me and 2 of my friends were travelling from goa to mumbai on 28th july'2019 from go air. Our flight was at 06:40 am from goa. Due to heavy rainfall we reached airport at 05:55 am. And sharp at 6 a. M we reached counter. There was no one at counter of go air and we went to there office at airport dabolim. There was one ms. Fernandes on counter who was not responding to properly and was misbehaving with us. She was literally shouting on us. She didnt even listened to our complaint. Further i have not even received web check in message or email from goair. Airlines staff was also not ready to talk to us and was non co-operative. Below are my complaints. 1) we reached airport 45 before flight time. 2) there was no instructions mentioned on ticket that on what time we have to reach. 3) there was no staff on counter at airport. 4) at office staff was misbehaving and non - coperative. 5) airlines didnt sent web check in sms, email or link to me. 6) airlines didnot gave me any writen confirmaiton on this.
