GoAir — children was written in the ticket as adult | |
In our ticket of 6 person in Flight No. G8-537 ( 23rd December 2019) of PNR : L3LFPI, two children of Shirsho Roy and Srishti Roy was printed as Adult . It should be children. The same mistake was done on Return ticket No. G8-702 of 2nd January 2020 . The PNR Number WEGZPH, Please make the correction and send the message either as SMS on phone: [protected] or in the mail ( [protected]@tahoo.com ). I had a flight from chennai to pune at 9:10 and I reached the airport at 8:15 and I doesn't have any luggage but still the staff doesn't allow me to board the flight even there is more than 45 minutes are left. The authority wasted a lot of time just to listen my problem. I want a compensation.
