We want your company to refund all of the money which we allready paid.its not our false.Due to corona(covid19).Govt has shutdown every places we understand the situation but when we check about the refund what we can get back is so less.its should not be like this ..Please kindly accept the words im sent to you.Flight No.GA297 From Kolkata-Aizwal.

I ( Suman Swarup Saxena) booked my ticket from Delhi to Pune for 28th March 2020 with my twin grand daughters (three Passengers) and paid RS. 9948. But I had to cancel my plan due to outbreak of Corona virus.
As per the Airline Policy declared today, 21st March 2020, The full refund must be paid ASAP.,
