GoAir — complaint against go air for irresponsible service | |
Booked a ticket with go air for june 17th on may 8th. No prior information in any form was given that the flight was cancelled until we went for a direct check in on june 17th at the airport. Go air staffs both customer care and airport behaved in a very bad way and informed that after all this, they would refund the money back. Dont you guys have any integrity in your services to give such an answer that too when we contacted from our side!!! We could not travel on 17th because of your carelessness. This has highly affected all our plans and we have incured such a huge loss. We request you to pay us a compensation or we are moving to the consumer court for further legal actions.
