GoAir — Complaint for not refunding money for cancelled ticket from long time due to lockdown | |||
Hello team, This complaint is strictly for go airlines company which i am doing here after hectic follow-ups. Since i have two journey for which i had booked ticket with pnr reference number x69u6c and because this lockdown situation flight cancelled and there is no need to travel now, even since after that i got an email from go air that your amount will be refunded and same i have forwarded to customer care and even calling them from 2 months, they are not even picking up any calls nor they are replying to my follow-up emails. My total amount of rs.6791 is stuck with this worst go airlines which i am seeing now. I am attaching all the screenshot and mentioning date of journey from which flight is cancelled 1. Pnr reference number - x69u6c - flight 3was scheduled on 7th may from mumbai-to-ranchi and it got cancelled still no refund received. 2. Pnr reference number - e6iz8m - flight was scheduled on 01-june-2020 from ranchi-to-mumbai and it got cancelled still no refund received. My humble request please take necessary action and allow my hardwork money to refund to me. Was this information helpful? | |||
