GoAir — Continuously flight cancellation and no customer support

I have posted below on 5th may in goair fb page.

@goair worst airlines i ever seen, continuously flight getting canceled and my money stuck thrice. Now i have to go with another airlines with huge amount (As its emergency and i have to travel). Why the hell you have given customer care no, when there is no one to assist? At least have some courtesy to reply back through mail/call/messenger. I didn't have to request this much for my leave but you guys are too much no response at all. I want my money back not credit shell, i may have travel plan in future but i am dam sure i am not going to choose this airline so give dam my money back.

Before this post, i saw almost 99% people are facing the same cancellation issue. You should not do this with customer in current situation were most of the people are facing financial changeless. We selected your airline because it was cheep as compare with others but that doesn't mean you start taking our hard money.

At last it turned out your nature and ethics are much more cheaper than that.
