GoAir — customer care not answering the call

Hi team,
I have submitted a request to reschedule my flight from mar 18th 2020 to may on march 12th through manage booking. I received a mail that customer care will call and assist me in rescheduling the same within 30 minutes. Nobody has called me yet. Also iam trying to call customer care number available in sites for the last 3 days (Eg-.[protected]) nobody has yet picked my calls. Then again i tried today the same manage booking option to reschedule one more time, received the automatic mail one more time, saying somebody will call me within 30 minutes. Please help me in rescheduling the flight.
