On the 3 Feb 2021, i had flight from Bangalore to Delhi, Delhi to Srinagar, with PNR O8925J. On arriving Srinagar airport i found that my luggage was damaged, torn from three sides which is clearly visible that it had been mishandled. I called the support and was asked to drop an email, and was informed that someone would get back on priority but received no update, after waiting fr a week or so I called the support and I was informed that backend team will contact me within 2 hours but received no call, after 5 days I called them again I was informed that backend team will contact me within 24hours, received no updated, after a week i called them again the agent informed that they cant do anything and i have to file a complaint at Srinagar airport and i reside in Banaglore, i asked him should i go to srinagar airport there is silence, i just don't understand that why do these guys provide false commitment, i have wasted my time, my energy explaining the same thing to 100 people who receive the call at the customer service, this is totally unacceptable, i would need a replacement bag or a refund
