GoAir — Damaged baggage | |||||
Hi, I travelled jaipur - ahmedabad on 8 may'2017 by flight g8-701, pnr - 4736xl. The trolley legs of my checked in luggage, was broken adversely. I have registered a complaint on arrival. The ahmedabad go air ground staff refused to log the complaint & told me that go air is not reponsible for wear & tear of baggages. How hopeless can such services be. How rude can a staff be. I was been told to callup at go air call centre which is only on ivr & doesnt ever lands upto agent for complaints . Zero servicing!!! I deny to accept it since the handle costs a lot more plus the inconvenience cost should be paid. I wish to claim for damage & denial of services by go air I would be taking this to consumer court.
