The issue that I have experienced was: On my flight from Bangalore to Lucknow, dated 26th March - Flight - G8-808 @ 15:30 hrs from Bangalore under PNR EGGIUB, on reaching Lucknow airport we found that our checked in baggage was severely damaged and completely broken from one side, broken to an end where getting it repaired is impossible. We raised the issue with the ground staff Miss Rajashree Sharma, she registered our complaint and filed for Damaged Baggage report, she promised we would be receiving a reply from Go air along with the refund for the damaged bag, however its been more than 2 weeks now and there has been no response from the airline. We request you to look into the issue, I am attaching the Damaged report photo taken on arrival along with the bag condition as evidence. Request for a prompt redressal

I would request go air to provide me with the refund amount to original cost of the bag, along with compensating for the damages done to the material inside the bag.
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
