GoAir — Damaged baggage reporting

Hi my name is balaram ashok sau, my arrival date to goa was on 9th november 2016, 13:35 flight from mumbai. My baggage was sent through earlier flight and i received it in very bad condition. The wheels was broken and bag was completely damage, valuable has been lost, edox watch wroth rupees 147000 and gucci gg sunglass worth rupees 11500. And they offer a compensation of rs. 500 for a rs. 5400 worth bag. I complained the same to the go air authority but they were very rude and said we cannot help now you'll get a call within 24 hours but still didn't get any response from them.
