GoAir — didn't issued me boarding pass for getting just 5 mins late | |||
I was having flight today from delhi to srinagar at 5:40 am with pnr no z2jyml but due to heavy traffic on the airport i came late jus 5min and the duty officer refused to gv boarding pass and behaved very rudely. After that the counter officer kicked us out through emergency exit n asked us to pay 3250 for nxt fight which was on the same date as we were discussing this issue with the go air manager.. He also didn't helped us thn after that we went straight to ticket counter for the payment of 3250 for nxt flight. As we wr with hope that we vl now get another by paying extra 3250 even ticket counter officer. I done my transaction from my debit then he said uh need to wait 5min. With this he come me after 5min saying sorry we don't any seats available nor we having any nxt flights to or day after tomorrow for srinagar. Even when i asked duty officer regarding when fights get late why don't you refund our amount at that time then reply with egoistic manner that we are giving refreshments for that to you. Now m very thankful for such a great customer service from go air. I hope uh take this complaint seriously so that we can't face further problems in future and i can atleast get some refund.
