GoAir — didn't receive the baggage at the time of arrival

Address:Netaji subhash chandra bose airport, Kolkata, West Bengal, 700052

I travelled yesterday from mumbai to kolkata and i checked in one baggage and when i arrived i didn't get my baggage. I report the complain at goair counter. They give me a document of property irregularity report and they sent an email to goair mumbai and its been 9 hrs and i didn't get any update from them. As i have to travel to another city from kolkata i missed my train and i have to stay at howrah station and waiting for update from them.
