To manager goair Sir, i was going to travel delhi to srinagar on date 15/01/2020 departure 9:15 arrive 10:45 my pnr no y969fj. Unluckily the flight was cancelled due to heavy snow fall. From counter authority, they advised me to get full refund asum of the amount. But i don't got the asum of the amount till this date. Please i request you to check my messages. Thank you.
