GoAir — flight cancellation abruptly without prior notice

Go air cancelled all flights in march due to operational problem. This is such a shameful thing to inform two days prior to the journey. I had planned to travel on march 9 with infant. Cancelling at the last time is not at all acceptable. I am in lot of trouble due to this. The customer care person is not ready to provide any other alternative. This is the second time i am experiencing the same issue. I regret making a choice with goairif you are travelling with infant, please don't ever think of flying with goair as they are the least customer centric flight.

We had booked on Flight no. G8 652 (PNR NO. MEC7XE) for 2nd March 2018, on 13 February 2018. But on 28 March we were told the flight was cancelled. We want full refund for the same. Had also cancelled our return flight on 4th March (PNR no. K7IEG G-8 655) We need a full refund for this too as we had no assurance the flight would not be cancelled.
