They cancelled my flight 3 days before the flight date that 1st feb, now i am trying them continously from 2 days but no response from customer care. Nobody is picking the call and even they are not calling us as mentioned in the cancellation message.
They have mentioned they will contact you in 24 hours but no one contacted me and no one is picking the call.
I booked another flight 12000 costlier than the current flight due to sudden cancellation by goair and not picking the call to reschedule it.
Pathetic service and i am going to file a case against it.
If someone else has faced this issue we can combine and file a case against them.
