GoAir — flight cancelled but refund not received

I booked flight from indore to ahmedabad for 18 january 2020 having flight no g8766 from goair which was supposed to depart at 8: 00 am. The same was canceled by go air, which they informed me day before the journey and assured that refund shall be processed soon of full amount, but this was not happened i tried to connect goair but they didnt responded properly they dont have even a complain number for customer, the complian number which there on website is do not connect anytime and its been one month now i have not received the refund. I really dont know how to resolve this issue as they even dont have any customer representative
