GoAir — flight cancelled but ticket price not returned even after 4 months 20 days

I have booked a flight ticket for my wife from delhi to bangalore for 19th march 2020. The flight was cancelled by airlines over telephone but did not send any txt message even after repeated request. Finally, they send an email when visit their counter at delhi airport...
