GoAir — flight cancelled by airline without sharing proper cancellation documents | |||
Goair sent a message this sunday evening that our flight to singapore is cancelled. We have been on calls with customer care since sunday inquiring the reason for cancellation and refund status. We require a proper cancellation document from the airline stating the reason for cancellation by them, passengers names, to and from locations, this is for pnr w9qwrw. We have spoken to multiple customer care people since sunday, been on hold forever, only to know they cannot even send across a simple document. We require this on a mandatory basis to get refund from hotel and other tourist activity bookings that we have done. The customer care people asked us to send a mail to feedback @goair to get this done. Numerous mails have been sent, but absolute silence from their end. Is it too much to ask from an airline to share a simple document? Why cant they be prompt and help when they caused this fix in the first place. Really ghastly business dealing with them, and their ill informed, incompetent customer care people. They are supposed to make things a little easier, not an absolute nightmare. I have been calling from the last 3 days but the calls goes on and no one bothers to respond.there is no place to cancel and get a refund.
