GoAir — flight cancelled without any explanation from go air

It's very sad, that in spite of booking a goa to mum flight almost 6 months in advance, it got cancelled a couple of hours later without any explanation.
As i'm out of country and constantly travelling, i could not make the call to customer service or clarify the situation as the calls are extremely expensive - europe to india. Unfortunately, this left me stranded and helpless.

I got the email and sms intimation from go air, but that doesn't help really. I have travelled by go air in the past and had a pleasant to average experience always. Today, i have no expectation from go air and you've lost my faith and adulation.
I hope to get my refund right away, as the cancellation was on your part. And i'll have to re book my flight to mumbai.
