Hi, I was due to fly with my mother (PNR KYW8SD and PNR GE6Z5E) from Ahmedabad to Hyderabad (Flight No. G8 481) on Thursday 19th November 2020. When I logged onto their website to do a Web-checkin, that is when I found out that my flight had gotten canceled. I still haven't received any information regarding this and I demand a complete refund on both my tickets.
On the web portal, a different flight is now being offered which is more than 12 hours before the original time and has a layover in Varanasi instead of a direct flight.
This is the second time that I'm facing this issue. One of the tickets was in fact used from a credit shell offered by the company. The service is absolutely bizarre and no customer support is offered whatsoever. Please help me get a complete refund as this airline will continue doing this to 1000s of other passengers like me every day. Any help is appreciated.
