GoAir — Flight cancelled without notice/refund

My flight booking from Pune to Phuket PNR: P3G8SL for 22 Jan 2021 which was rescheduled due to Covid-19 has been cancelled without any notice and on top of that there is no refund amount credited back.
I've sent multiple emails over the last few months and spoken to multiple CSR's at GoAir, but there has been no luck.
This is highly unprofessional behavior.
I hope this forum will help me get my money back.
