GoAir — flight delayed - no refund | |||
My flight with go air was on 18th of august 2019 from lucknow to delhi at 9:55 am, then after spice jet flight at 2:30 pm from delhi to dharamshala, but due to technical fault/delay in another flight, our flight (G8 2609) was used for morning passengers and next flight was aligned for us which was too delay, time was 1:35 pm, but still duty manager was not sure of flight at 13:35 pm. Due to this all my connecting flight was also missed, despite of 3:30 hours time in between go air was not able to manage another flight. Secondly if another flight was delayed due to some technical issue then what was reason to provide them our flight. In go air system flight g8-2609 was on time and reached delhi on time too but passenger's was different. I am having photographs also. Request you to provide me the refund of complete ticket as due to this fault and irresponsible decision of duty manager (Vinod kumar srivastava) many passengers missed their connecting flight.
