GoAir — Flight is not land on destination

Pnr is CBTQ4K .. AHM TO PORTBAIR THIS FLIGHT IS NOT PERMITTED TO LAND I HAVE TO SUFFER FOR 2 DAY AT chennai airport and my 1600 rs covid test money also waste also my hotel booking of that day are also lost..so its worst things ..i want my refund u told that refund done in 7 days but its 3 week done .
