GoAir — Flights cancelled without any notice

Hello, I booked a GoAir flight(G8-120) from BLR to DEL for 2nd June, 2020. I tried to checkin on 30th may and 31st may bht they were showing some error while assigning the seat and informed to contact the customer care. Since then i am am trying the customer care number but they are not responding. I am a doctor and I urgently needed to go back and provide help at the maharaja agarsain hospital, Agroha, Hisar, Haryana.

Their customer care is not reachable. Their website is not working for rescheduling and I am stuck with no help from anywhere. I paid 6000rs for this flight and there is no refund policy for that also.
Moreover they are asking extra charges for rescheduling on their website.
It's causing a lot of inconvenience to almost everyone traveling via GoAir. Please look into it and make them atleast to respond to phone calls and refund the money as its their mistake only to cancel the flight at the last moment without any prior notice.
We believe in you and hoping for a solution at the earliest.

Updated by Cj Chitresh Jain Hello. I still haven't got any reply from them. Their customer support is not reachable. Please send me home. I am not able to survive here without food. No cook is available here. I request you to please send me home. To Delhi.
