GoAir — flights conditioner, ac leaking water | |||
This is to complaint that while traveling from hyderabad to delhi in go air flight g8 421 in 23rd april, the ac was leaking and my clothes got wet. I was traveling with my 2 year daughter and wife. We really did experience pathetic journey. During the entire flight we tried to avoid getting wet. Even after complaining the crew members could not help us give permanent solution. I am sending this mail regarding complain regarding luggage when I checked in lucknow my bag was in good condition but after reached in hyderabad I got damage bag that is not good service by goair so I want refund for my bag.

Nobody has a duty to reply (to refund) to
- anonymous complaint,
- complaint without the correct addresse,
- indeffinite complaint,
- complaint without evidencies (receipt / invoice), upon such evidence is in the possession of the responder.
