GoAir — forgot my jacket in flight and jacket is with go-air executive but not giving any response

I forget my jacket in go-air flight g8-42 on 25-mar-2019 in a flight from phuket to bangalore. I have given written complaint at pune airport. I have informed all the staff in bangalore airport as well. But no response. If you really care about the status and customer review then please provide the proper customer service. Lady on call is not entertaining at all. I have all the scanned copy but not getting the correct contact to convey the issue.

The air carrier has 21 days for the delivery of damaged or missing property, which occured during the flight,
to the passenger .
