This is with reference to the go air flight g8-154 from bagdogra (Ixb) to delhi on date 22 july. I was on the way from kalimpong to airport but due to heavy landslide i got stuck in the jam and could not make it to airport on time.
But during this duration i tried to contact go air support many times to cancel or reschedule flight. Even though they picked my call no one responded and kept me on hold for long durations.
In a area where mobile network availability was already an issue, this irresponsible conduct from the support left me with no choice and i had to miss the flight and arrange for the next day flight causing me one day stay extra nearby airport.
I've sent a mail to them for the refund of 9, 382 inr which i had to pay extra for the next day flight. I will be probably needing consumerforums help in this regard if they dont initiate the process of refund. Was this information helpful? |
