GoAir — gates closed before time and no call made to the customer even after check-in 1.30hrs before time

This is regarding go airways flight g8 207 - delhi to lucknow.

I have checked in 1.30hrs before boarding time and i was waiting for the gates to open but after that i went to the passenger lobby to take rest by thinking that at the time of boarding, i will come.

But there were no calls made nor even intimated that the gates will close 25mins before time😡
