This is regarding refund for the flight (Pnr: ccvimx) on 13th jan which got cancelled by go airways. I requested for refund on customer care around 7pm, i also informed my travel agent and asked him to initiate the refund request.
Around 8:50 i get a call from goairways, i repeated that i wanted refund, they asked me to call other department (Check your recordings)
Next day my travel agent informs that go airways had rescheduled the flight for me without my permission and not granting refund. This created misunderstandings between my travel agent and me, and we have been struggling from past 2 days to get refund through call centres and mails. And this is my last message, i m going straight to media and file a law complaint after this.
This is what you do with our hard money? You want to loot the money atleast dont take shelter under your shady policies Was this information helpful? |
