Worst experience ever while flight booking with #goair.

Pnr-zygh9t on goair flight from pune to delhi and delhi to bhubaneswar on 6th - june -2020 was cancelled without notifying me. Today i got this information while trying to check-in. I tried to reach them but nobody picking the call and no body bothered about any email.

I am so frusterated and disappointed with their service. They are simply looting to the customer by rescheduling flight with high fare difference.

There is no option given by airline to cancel the ticket. I have a couple of acknowledgement over the email but no one has come back with a solution.

I feel like looted and cheated as both of my tickets are no use to me.

I will never suggest to book flights by #goair airlines.

Dear Customer Care Team,

Request to please take the below seriously, & I am expecting immediate resolution or else I will be forced to escalate this on social media, & also if required to Consumer court for justice.

Our ticket PNR:- T8VFWZ had original departure date of 4th May 2020, which we were forced to reschedule due to your below advisory which stated
"If we do not reschedule 14 days prior to the original departure date, then rescheduling charges will be applicable".

Below is a proof of the advisory released:-

Hence having no other option even when our travel plans were not ready just to avoid rescheduling charges, we had to rescheduled our flight to 28 Dec'20 to the same destination.(i.e. Chandigarh) Here, Please note it was forced upon us to reschedule before 20th April or our rescheduling charges will be taken away.

Now you release a 2nd advisory on 10.06.2020 saying "You can reschedule your booking without any charges for departure up to 31st July". Below is proof:-

By this time since we had a confirmed travel plan ready, we tried to go to the online "Manage booking" section and tried to reschedule our flight before 31st July, it showed us hefty rescheduling charges. WHY?
We called up customer care and told them that rescheduling charges should not be applicable here, they said since you have done it once you cannot again reschedule or the rescheduling charges will be applicable, we tried to explain to them that the first rescheduling was forced upon us, we got no positive response from them pointing to the policy.

Now we have no option left other than cancelling the ticket and losing the cancellation charges.

It was a planned game that you (Go-Air) have played, to trap your customers to loot their money by bringing up different policies from time to time taking advantage of the pandemic & lockdown situation. On the contrary, my friend has a ticket with Indigo airlines and they are protecting the full value of the ticket in the wallet and also allowing him to use the balance as per his will, even part by part (FYI)

Sorry to say, but "A big thumbs up to INDIGO (for their wallet approach) & Thumbs down for GO-AIR (for their crooked ways to loot their customers by bringing out Customer trapping policies)"

I request you to either please
1) Refund our money OR
2) Give us another chance to reschedule our ticket without applying rescheduling charges
