I reached airport T1 Delhi at 4:40 am for 5:45 am flight. Informed the ground staff let me go ahead as tickets might not be issued later on to which he refused. Then reaching the check-in counter 5:05 am after waiting for 25 mins in the queue, I was asked that you have come very late. On top which the ground staff mentioned that I reached the airport at 5:08 am.
After multiple requests for letting me go first, the team made me miss the flight. I want refund of Rs 8500 for 5DE9NQ.
I really condemn the way the they shouted at customers and didn't take the charge of something they were responsible for. It was not one passenger but 5 o[censored]s. Some were travelling to Bangalore and others to Calcutta. Highly untrained and unprofessional staff Was this information helpful? |
