GoAir — Heavy penalty o/o ticket cancellation well in advance

Sir I booked 3 tickets for New Delhi to Lucknow on 03/11/2015 for journey on 14/11/15 at 4.30 pm However for some personal reasons i had to cancelled the ticket on 08/11/2015 Total payment i made 7350/plus 600 ie 7950/ While cancellation they paid me only Rs 603/ and deducted aras 7200/ i wrote a amail to them immediately after but no reply came to me .Even reminder unattended too. I want to know the viability of charging such a huge amt in the name of cancelling, for what i requested them to send me the chart showing such a huge penalty for this type of fault...It is very much irrationale I request u to please look into the matter and advice A K Varma Gurgaon mob [protected]
