GoAir — I am complaining about refund

I have booked a ticket on 14 th february, 2020 from kolkata to hyderabad. But the flight was cancelled on your side goair side. You have to refund my money back because of cancellation of flight on your side. But upto now i didn't get any response from on your side. It's amlost completed 20 days but upto now i didn't get my refund amount back. Even goair is not responding to any calls or mails. It's very irresponsible behaviour on goair side. Please respond to my mail and send me the refund back as soon as possible.

I have booked flight from pune to jammu via delhi which got cancelled by airline and they didn't provide any alternative so gave reciept for full refund. It has been now 4 months I have not received the refund and there is no person to contact. . This is surely the fraud happening
