GoAir — I need a refund for my cancelled flight due to Covid

Address:Wadia International Centre, Worli 1st Floor, C-1, Pandurang Budhkar Marg, Lower Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400025

I need a refund for my flight which was cancelled due to covid lockdown. Go-Air is is giving me an option to re-schedule. I do not want a re-schedule. I need a refund.

The reason I do not want a re-schedule is that:
1. firstly there are a limited number of flights operating that too at not so suitable hours.
2. The flights are not non-stop. While the other brands are offering flights to the same destination with zero stops.

Please refund my money.
