GoAir — lost baggage debopam majumder | |||
Hi, i was travelling with goair from delhi to kolkata in flight g8103 on july 25th 2018... When i went to pick up my bag it never showed up... Learning this i had a word with the goair associate, subsequently they sent one trainee without a nametag to assist me and a couple of fellow travellers... She was rude and had a brawl with one of the passengers... Their senior named somnath never showed up... They asked me too sign an authorisation letter which i did... They told me to wait for a day and they would have my bag flown on their next scheduled flight and they will call me... They didnot and when i called and threatened to complain, they said to do it... The bag has still not reached kolkata... It had my personl belongings and my ipad charger... Was this information helpful? | |||
