GoAir — Lounge access denied

Address:Kannur airport

At the time of web checkin had paid extra for lounge service and at the time of entry I was denied it stating that it was for an outside airport entry lounge (though at the web checkin site only pearl lounge was mentioned for kannur airport and no other)Tried to talk to the rep at pearl lounge bt he would not allow me. I was told that a QR code is generated which I didn’t get. Though go air and pearl lounge have a tie up I would still be denied entry even when I have a go air ticket which says lounge entry. Feel cheated now, lost my money and request for a refund. System is not at all transparent
