GoAir — misbehave of security staff at worst level | |
Me and my father was traveling from Lucknow to Delhi with flight G8-175. While Boarding the flight there was a security staff "Sushant Kushwaha" he misbehaved with my father. He doesn't have etiquette to talk to senior persons. I would say all the GoAir staff doesn't have any etiquette. They guys don't know how to deal with senior persons. For sure me and my family is never going to travel in GOAir for our whole life. He was abusing and when we asked about we will complaint against you he used the senstnsace "do whatever you want". I am expecting strict action against GoAir otherwise I am going to lodge a FIR against GoAir for sure. They guys doesn't care about there customers and they are just making money... I will make sure me, my family and my acquaintance will never do any kind of booking with GOAir. Worst staff they have... Was this information helpful? | |

It's been 7 days I have requested for a travel certificate and everytime I call the customer care they say 48hrs??? whats happening Mr. Wadia
