I had booked a flight from bangalore to pune on 4th aug vide pnr mwxkkb for flight g8283. I was not well, i reached airport at 4.45am. Got stuck in morning queue and then reached the web checkin kiosk to print my ticket. I had tried web checkin yesterday 2 times, each time i selected the seat and deposited.400 inr for the seat. The self. Checkin kiosk was not having go air link at bangalore airport. I was advised to get it printed there. That counter was closed at 5am. On the side counter, business check in was happening. I put forward my case. I was shown a time of 5.03am and that i can't board the flight. Due to all this, i had to book next flight to pune vide indigo and had to pay 5500 for it. I missed the flight, paid more, just because the self check in kiosk does not have the print facility for go air. I need my complaint to redressed with justice and not excuses.
