GoAir — missing my mobile in my luggage bag

Dear sir/madam,
I travel form bangaluru to kolkata in goair airline 12.30 pm plain on dated 9th august 2018, after that i checked my luggage & found my mobile is missing then give a request letter to goair kolkata counter & he take times for return the same, but today is 3rd september 18 they are no clarify for this issue.
Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
