GoAir — my air ticket is not getting refunded by goair airlines

Dear sir/madam,

I am having flights with goair which is cancelled due to covid-19. I want a refund of my ticket mentioned below, no one is supporting from customer care and nodal team.

I am looking for full refund so pls do asap.

1) journey date : 03-may-20
2) booking number : ng8celise
3) pnr detail : celise
4) passanger name: rajesh omkar mishra

GoAir customer support is notified my complaint then when they are going to Full refund my ticket amount, it's almost 20 day over

it's almost one and half month over but there is no response from GoAir airlines, are they proving that they don't care about their customers concern
